The hotel had some issues with service and facilities but was in a lovely location with spacious rooms and delicious dining options. The staff were hit or miss, and the noise from the kitchen staff was a downside, but the partial sea view was beautiful and the comfort was excellent.

The hotel is situated in a quiet area between Chania and Heraklion, offering a constant cool breeze from the sea at the pool area, although it's a bit far from both main cities. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff going above and beyond, including lovely gestures like melon and cold towels. The rooms, although slightly worn, were clean and had a small balcony with a glimpse of the sea. The dining experience was better for breakfast than dinner, with generally good meals. Despite being out of the way, there's a cheap bus service that connects to nearby towns worth visiting.

The hotel offers modern rooms in a Cretan style and colors, which are impressive. However, there were issues with the breakfast quality and service, as well as delays in room repairs and car rental confusion. The atmosphere lacked friendliness, and there were noise disturbances with trays left outside rooms.

The location, although pretty remote, was fantastic. The dining experience exceeded my expectations, offering plenty of choices. The facilities were well-maintained and enjoyable.

Our stay was fantastic! The hotel's location was amazing, right by the sea and offering different pools to choose from. The rooms were modern in a Cretan style, spacious, and clean, perfect for me and my two small children. The staff were a pleasure to be around, just like everyone else we had met in Crete.
